1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery is available in major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Hyderabad, and most serviceable towns and rural areas.

At this time, international shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel unverified or suspicious orders.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations or oversized parcels.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas in Pakistan.

For smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a valid phone number and complete address.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in permanent COD restrictions.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email

  • Courier details to track your parcel status

Tracking updates depend on courier system availability and may occasionally be delayed.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Refusal to accept order

In such cases:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping

  • Future COD service may be restricted

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue

For claims regarding damaged parcels, an unboxing video may be required for verification.

  • Some products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers or warehouses

  • Packaging, courier partners, and delivery timelines may vary depending on product source
